  • Sunset Station in Las Vegas - my favorite was the domino arepa from the Venezuelan food truck, it was cheesy salty crispy chewy goodness. The Rolling Fusion tacos were a close 2nd, I thought the pork belly taco was the best. I would pass on the Dude Where's My Dog and the CocoBongo trucks. There was a crazy chef or something truck serving potato chips covered in nacho cheese and various toppings that would be worth a stop if you have room. Most places take cards but be sure to bring at least $20-30 in cash just in case.
