  • If I could give this hotel a ZERO star I would! I wouldn't even waste my time booking this hotel & checking in had I known what a disaster it was. After we checked in we went to put our bags in our rooms & one of the rooms smelled like there was a rotting corpse. The smell literally made all of us want to vomit. The second room looked like it wasn't cleaned, there weren't any towels & none of the lights worked. They ended up giving us a new room for the one that smelled bad, and the second room was not much better. The management had someone clean the ac vent, and let me tell you it did not work. Again there weren't any towels, tissues. But most importantly the smoke detectors didn't have batteries, the part where you put the batteries was open so that's how we knew. We ended up leaving for 2 hours to eat and look for a new hotel because my family was definitely not going to sleep here! We went back to get our bags and check out because of how ridiculous this hotel is & the manager wasn't there anymore, and the guy at he front desk told us we would have to wait till the morning to issue a refund. When my father in law called this morning to dispute everything and they said that because we were checked in for more than 20 minutes they weren't going to give us a refund. This hotel needs the health department called on them. Definitely do NOT recommend this place! Save your time & money.
