  • Pros: The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The common areas are a great place to hang with a great pool and workout area. The apartment is close to downtown so a lot of food and bars nearby within walking distance. Cons: the walls are super super thin and You can hear your neighbor and everything happening in the hall way. The apartments were kind of thrown together and the quality is not that great. Also, behind the complex is a park that is known for drug activity. This isn't really the complex's fault, so hoping the city will clean up the park as we never walked or dog outside the apartment complex's fence for safety reasons.
