  • I waited 30 minutes today after being told to "stand here" and that I would be helped shortly. I watched 3 people in front of me try to return something. You would have thought they were scrubbing in to perform brain surgery. I just wanted to buy a phone case. Employees weren't very professional. All huddled together talking about their lunch break. One guy spent more time organizing where people like myself would stand when he could have just let me pay for my item. Just needed ONE of you to swipe my card. Thanks for nothing. Keep your phone case!!!! Seriously unbelievable!!! Nonsense. *thumbs down*
