  • Terrible service. Walked on got no response. Kept his back and didn't acknowledge that we were there. I finally spoke up to ask a question basically I just said "can I ask a question?" Got "if you want". No 'how can i help' or anything. We were looking for custom decals. He then said yeah, but not if shown on the phone. WTF? That is how we were going to show him what we wanted. Very rude not accommodating and not helpful. Wish I could give zero stars. Wanted to have a vendor at a struggling Mall but this is the reason why people are now turning to eBay. It's all about customer service.
