  • I could write a book about this place of business, but I won't because if you read ALL of the one star (should be no stars) reviews they cover everything that happened to me. Through seven remodels in 35 years of marriage this was the WORST experience my wife and I have ever had with an appliance company!!! Everything that happened to the one star reviewers happened to us. I'll give you one and you can't make this up -- after hassling for days about a large dent in the overhead range hood that the installer put up, even though it was obviously dented, the sales manager told me he "didn't think they would fix the problem because I wasn't Grateful !!!! for all of the things they had done for us". Reading this as I write I find it hard to believe, but it happened. By the way, they finally replaced the hood (after about a month).
