  • Everything I was looking for in a gym. Good gym, not crowded at peak hours (like lifetime and eos), offer military rate. They clearly tell you upon signing up exactly how you'll be charged and how to cancel. And they post a swim schedule so you don't show up and find all the lanes in use. These ratings bashing costumer service seem to come from someone trying to solve contact issues with the desk workers. If you have a real issue they have very knowledge people to talk to, I just had to schedule a meeting with one and wait a day. I guess people get bent out of shape when the front desk can't instantly help them. That being said the pool is one of the nicest around and with the mil rate for pool and gym you can't beat it.
