  • We called about 45 minutes before closing for 3 walk-in manicures...we were told to come over as they would gladly take us. The entire staff was welcoming. The manicures were expeditious but very good! Now, I'm a clumsy person & can not leave a salon without messing up my nails...Lee, my nail technician, heard me & did her best to help me change my luck. Unfortunately for me...I didn't succeed & made a mess of Lee's "handy work." Since we arrived late, she had left for the evening while I was sitting tryyyyying to let my nails dry, however the owner who was still there overheard me telling my friend I'd ruined several nails. He refused to let me leave with the polish I messed up even though it was completely my fault & I insisted it was fine. He very quickly removed the ruined polish & re-polished the 3 nails and then waited around for the 10 or so minutes I was sitting allowing them to dry...without making us feel uncomfortable or rushed.
