  • Do not live here! As a renter here within the last year I can truthfully say that I have had roaches, ants, poop and smoke smells coming from my vents, loud neighbors, I see cops in the parking lot almost every night, my apartment fixtures are falling off, both my washer and dryer do not work, dangerous Javelinas roam the grounds at night and the office staff do not care and do not address your concerns. This is not a safe place for children at night. They will also increase your rent drastically despite what your contract states. There are many other better places to rent from.
