  • This has been my worst experience at Starbucks...and I love Starbucks. We waited 30mim in the drive through before I got out of the car to see what the f is going on but there were three kids who all stoped to see what I was asking and they had no urgency in the world. Honestly they should have just shut the drive through down... but that required an executive decision which these employees did not seem to have. I am still here waiting and we have been in the drive through for 40 min. Worst ever All 8 cars behind me just reversed out of the drive through and so did we.... what the f
