  • I usually love this hotel, but the pool experience this past weekend was horrible. It is dirty and understaffed, there is foul odor by the pool close to Tao Beach. I enjoyed the music playing from Tao on the outside of the pool, but it was so dirty around the pool and the smell caused us to leave early. Everything else was great, but not worth the money, next time I will pay a little more and go somewhere else.
