  • AWEFUL. I booked an appointment online at V Lashed website and personally spoke to the woman (owner) over the phone, and she confirmed my appointment but when I drove 30 mins to my appointment she tells me she is booked and that I couldn't have made the appointment. I showed her my email confirmation and she proceeds to argue with me. Instead of being polite and apologising she was rude, degrading and argumentative. She treated me like I wasn't important because I had a Groupon and she had her "REGULAR CLIENTS" today. I told her that I also, talked to her over the phone and she said "Well I was on vacation." But, I explained she confirmed my appointment time anyway and she continues to tell me it's still not her fault because she was on "vacation." CLASSLESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE and the place looked like a CHEAP HOLE. I'm glad I didn't let her touch my eyes.
