  • We just finished a wonderful experience at Alamo at the Cleveland airport. From our pickup to our post-rental experience, Alamo was top notch. At check in, the agent was friendly and efficient. We appreciated his desire to get us on the road. And unlike so many rental car companies he didn't pressure us to add an upgrade to our rental. So fast and easy. Then we went out to find our car and we were greeted by Captain Cleveland who told us we could receive a free upgrade due to availability. Very nice and his fun attitude was refreshing. The Murano Nissan SUV was clean and comfortable and performed perfectly. Return was quick and easy. But later, after we had walked into the building, we realized we had left something in the car and went back to the car return area to see if we could retrieve it. Mary Ann jumped into action and went above and beyond the call of duty. She kindly helped me not only look for the car right there but drove me over to the service area where we eventually found the car in the back lined up for an oil change. She was as excited as I was and cheerfully drove me back to the rental car building. She could have easily told me the car was gone or it couldn't be done or passed the buck but instead she went out of her way to make a customer happy and that is rare in today's fast-paced world. Thank you again Mary Ann and thank you Alamo!
