| - Shout out to my sales person, Scott Soulliere, for making my recent Lexus purchase such a hassle-free, comfortable experience for my husband and I. We were "those customers" who arrived at the dealer after 7pm (they close at 9pm), only to "look" because we weren't exactly sure what we wanted to get - we just knew we wanted to get rid of my 2016 Land Rover Discovery. From the get-go, Scott was very welcoming and helpful in answering all of our questions. We explained how frustrated we were with our Land Rover, our comfort level in terms of payments (we knew we'd be upside down with the trade-in), and what our expectations were. Scott was easy to talk to and was genuinely interested in helping us get out of our financial obligation to Land Rover.
Although we test drove the 2017 RX (which I enjoyed driving), I still didn't feel like it was the right car for me. I wanted to make sure that my next car was the right fit for my lifestyle, as well as still being able to be a back up vehicle that would fit a car seat. Scott worked with us and not once did he seem pushy, impatient or exasperated with my and my husband's back and forth. I asked Scott to help us get rid of the Land Rover - and he DELIVERED. He worked with our budget and situation, and did whatever he could to make it happen.
After 5(ish) hours...and around midnight that night, I finally drove off in my new 2017 Lexus IS200t.
The entire process was such a positive experience! We are so grateful for Scott's expertise and his personal opinions on each of our options - it made our final decision that much easier.
We look forward to working with Scott again when our lease is up!
