  • Made a cut and highlight appointment online showed up 5 minutes early, with no one else waiting in the entrance she tells me it'll be a few minutes cuz there's people in the chairs. I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment before I finally just got up and left. I've been coming here for almost 3 years and either the service is great or complete crap it seems to be complete crap when Kristen is managing needless to say I don't think I'll be back to this one again.
