The staff needs some customer service skills. I had a necklace made last year. The price for what I wanted sounded a bit high, but this jeweler was recommended. I went in to pick it up, the
lady went to get it and asked if that was what I wanted. I asked to try it on, it was "fine" nothing special. I took it off and handed it to her , she put it in a plastic bag and handed it to me...........I asked for a box. She then took the necklace and put it in a box and handed it back. The purchase was over $1800. I think a little enthusiasm and time to make a nice presentation would have been nice. I worked many years at Nordstrom and if we treated a "guest" as an inconvenience we would be gone. I won't even go into my Raymond Weil watch episode at this store. I will not be a returning customer.
