  • I truly don't even know where to begin- they're THE best. I rarely take the time to leave a review, and I am even more rarely wowed by customer service but LUX topped the charts in every possible way. I was traveling alone to in Scottsdale with my five month old baby - which I was sure would be stressful and exhausting - but LUX managed to make every step delightful. Jonny was so responsive and patient with me as I tried to organize transportation for three different groups of girls arriving on several different flights for a bachelorette party-- even when the flights changed he was already on top of it. He worked with me to make the whole thing seamless. Then, the driver, Elizabeth, went the extra mile in every way that was possible -coming inside the airport to find me when my phone didn't work, holding my baby so I could install the car seat (that they provided for me so I didn't have to bring my own) helping me out with my big bag.... I actually forgot the baby bed at the airport and she went all the way back and brought it to me). I'm not exaggerating when I say I've never had better service anywhere. Thank you LUX, Johnny and Elizabeth. Don't even look elsewhere - use this service.
