rev:text	Okay, this should say something; I'm posting a review of a laundromat. BUT, they don't get much better. Katie's Clean and Green is located on Detroit road in Lakewood across from St. Ed's School. The place is clean, (actually, cleaner than a LOT of laundromats I've been to,) well kept-up, and their machines? Well, I did nearly 140 POUNDS of laundry the other day as we were getting caught up and washing some old stuff from storage. They have TWO 77lb machines there that took the entire load. AND, they have driers of equivalent size that can dry in under 35 minutes. Their machines are high-tech and well kept, and as you might expect, the prices are equivalent; the biggest machines there were around 8 bucks, but they took over an HOUR to clean, that is to do a thorough job, and they DID. Their machines also accept debit and credit cards as well as quarters, so, no change, no worries. The staff were helpful, nice folks who were long on nice, a real prized thing. When I've been to laundromats like this in the past, I got barely a nod. Here, at least a nod AND a wink:) They also have a lot of the standard supplies (detergent, fabric softener, etc.) available on site at a decent price. In addition, they have drycleaning service, laundry by the pound, and other services available at Katie's, so if you need to clean up, I would heartily suggest stopping here to NUKE YOUR LAUNDRY WOES!! KABOOM! (Oh, and next door is Danny's Deli, which I will review separately; when you hear about it, I think that laundry-n-lunch will be a must;)
