  • I have been going to this place like about a couple of years. I never had a bad experience until today. I went in for a pedicure. Everything went great. Then, the lady who did my nails had me dry my nails. Usually while I am waiting for my nails to dry, the receptionist comes and takes my payment. She was doing other things. So, when the nail dryer turned off, I took out my debit card to pay along with some money for tip. You cannot use your card for a tip. It has to be cash. So, I had everything in my hand. Then, while I was walking to the reception desk to pay, the lady who did my nails was screaming something at me. She was treating me like I was going to sneak out. I was so embarrassed!!! Then, the receptionist stopped what she was doing and had me pay. When, I told the receptionist that she should have not yelled like that like I was a criminal, she did not say sorry. Then, she had the nerve to tell me that she could take the tip to her since I had money in my hand. I will never return.
