| - The food itself was decent. Better tasting than the other few pho places in the vicinity, and sadly, probably the best pho place in this area outside of Chinatown. Two of us came in during lunch time, there were only 2 other tables there the whole time. We both ordered different kinds of pho. Like I said, it was decent, nothing special. Soup was a bit too bland for my liking, but nothing a lot of hot sauce cannot fix!
What brought the rating down was the service, or the lack thereof. The main server, probably the owner, was extremely unfriendly. Didn't say hi, didn't say anything really, and didn't even smile or acknowledge us. Though there was hardly anyone else at the restaurant, it was a task to have to get her attention to get something else or the bill.
