  • I know where I'll be getting all my fresh meat from! I checked out The Butcher Block on a recommendation from a friend. The service was great, the butcher helped us navigate the case loads of gorgeous looking cuts of meat. We got my favorite cut of meat (the bone in ribeye), the marbling was perfect. I brought them home, prepped them and threw them on the grill. They were awesome! I also got some ground beef. I made some burgers up the following day. They were juicy and delicious. My only regret is that I didn't buy more meat while we were there. I will have to get back quickly to restock my fridge.
