  • Rude manager and rude staff, who think it's more important to stand around and flirt with each other instead of take care of the adoptable pets. Several times, I have seen pets without food or water in their cages, have reminded staff to take care of them, and they put it off as long as possible. I recommend making your pet need purchases else where.
