  • Only because 1 star is the minimum. Worst customer service. In fairness, I've been going here for some time. I routinely saw my regular nail tech (Jennifer), but she is no longer there. I decided to go there today anyhow because it was convenient. Today was the final straw. I called, asked about availability and made a 11am appointment, but when I got there, no one was available. After waiting 20 minutes, I was seated at a station where no one was attending. I asked who was manning the station, since it was clearly empty. The owner came over, said I needed a new set, and stuck me in acetone and walked away. When I said that I did not want to be just placed in acetone and deserted, the owner came and painfully pried off my nail, so she could go back to another customer. The change in management earlier this year is the pits. They have no regards for customer care. I am so pissed that I am writing this review from the parking lot because no one should be treated in this manner. The service was rough and painful (which is not what you would want when paying for what is so supposed to be a relaxing service). Time to find a new nail salon. I definitely would NOT recommend them, unless you want to wait forever for subpar and rude service. Take your money somewhere else.
