| - What a busy little place! Or should I say big place, as it's a lot larger than I imagined from the outside. There really needs to be more coffee shops in this area, but good thing this is nice place. I stopped in quickly yesterday before a hike and grabbed a cappuccino. Very good, I must say. I found it comparable to Dark Horse Espresso. Cashier was friendly and the line moved fast, but once waiting for the drinks, it took a little while. However, a small wait at a coffee shop never bothers me; I've worked at Starbucks before and know what it's like.
I saw that they had red velvet cookies right at the cash and was dying to try one, but hey, I'm going to be in a bathing suit in 6 days, so I passed. For now. However, I'll be back ASAP to try it. Along with the s'mores cookie. They're pre-packaged, but I didn't look to see where they came from. Hopefully they're baked fresh every day.
The one little detail I really liked is the lids. They have a little slidey thing (?) that opens and closes the hole you drink from. Great for preventing spillage in the car or fast paced walkers who always have their coffee jumping up through the sipper.
Also, purple. So much purple.
