  • Extremely disappointed in the Quality and Reliability of the Toro Lawn Mower purchased at Home Depot (Arizona Ave & Ocotillio in Chandler, AZ). I've had this mower for 3 years and been able to mow my grass less than 15 times! It never starts! I've now taken it into the service dept at Home Depot 4 times ($18.95 service charge every time!) They say it's from "bad gas in AZ". I call BS on that as I use stabilizer in all my gas or use the expensive pure gas AND IT STILL DOES NOT START! The tech at Home Depot says your "5 Year Guarantee to Start" is a farce and doesn't cover the constant issues I've had with this mower since the FIRST MONTH of ownership! I am extremely disappointed in your products as well as the excuses and services at my local Home Depot! I will be sending a letter to yours & their corporate offices as well.
