I went here with my mom and we tried one of their little cakes. I had the custard filled one ($1.75) and my mom had the red bean filled one ($1.50). It was really tasty, but it literally burned the roof of my mouth! The filling is really hot! Be careful! I wished someone had warned me.
This store is tiny. The man works in the tiny space and makes everything there. He was a little brusque at first, but when my mom said "ooh the cakes smell so good", he smiled and lightened up, lol.
The customer before us bought like 10 boxes of the rolled up cookies. They looked cool, but were only sold by the box, so I was afraid to buy a whole box in case I didn't like them.
They also serve bubble tea, but I think it's from powder and not made of real tea.
They had a hot black sesame paste dessert too.
Cute little hole-in-the-wall sort of place with cool desserts that I don't commonly see.
