  • Not a good experience at this Ben and Jerry's. I ordered a brownie special. The brownie was hard and the hot fudge that I asked for was not hot. The lady serving me the icecream said the hot fudge machine wasn't even on. Her coworker just laughed and said "oh thats funny." Since when is serving a customer a crappy brownie special funny? 2/5 Would avoid.
