  • This milkshake factory isn't as great as it's original location in the south side. Upon entering, everything seemed clean & fresh. There was the dining room blocked off due to some cleaning happening. I looked over the menu & chocolate items in the front window and came up with my order: a red velvet milkshake & chocolate covered strawberry. They gave me my strawberry right away & told me my shake would be done in a minute. I say down and bit into my strawberry only to find absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The strawberry was not fresh at all which made the whole experience disappointing. The wait on the shake was only about 2 minutes and they called my name! Now this shake was out of this world. Red velvet is my favorite flavor and they NAILED. it. I absolutely love these shakes. The only recommendation when it comes to them is to offer a smaller size. I always end up throwing at least a 1/4 of my shake away because it's too much for me.
