  • Very disappointed purchasing a pool with this company. They have gone beyond the timeline that we have been told. The Companies they have doing their work(excavating, tiling, etc.) are not reliable and it makes them look bad. There is also a huge lack of communication between the contractor and the office. Many days have been wasted from the tribal workers not relaying messages. I do have to say, they always make time to pick up their payments. I recommend Dolphin Pools and if I am Ever in the position of purchasing a pool, I will go to Dolphin. Very disappointed.
