  • If I could give zero stars I would. The service here is terrible. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment so as to be courteous. I checked in and sat in the waiting room. An hour an a half later I was taken back to the doctors office and asked a few questions (for being a new patient I assume) and left to sit there for another 45 minutes. Then someone else came in and moved me to an exam room where I sat for another 30 minutes before my exam was performed for my yearly appointment. At first I thought "Okay, maybe this is just a one time thing and they are having a bad day." Then the issues with billing. The office was supposed to complete W-9 paperwork and submit it to another hospital for me (I was never supposed to be billed). Their billing department called me 4 months after my appointment to ask how to process the bill. I said that I provided them with the W-9 paperwork when I was in for my appointment. She said they never received it. Thankfully I had copies of everything. I got their fax number and faxed it over, they claimed they never got it, I have the receipt from faxing. Billing called back two weeks later because someone was on vacation and said they never received it. I faxed it again and again they said they didn't receive it, and blamed it on me. This time I had a receipt saying that their fax machine was busy. So I called back and asked for an email to send the paperwork. I promptly emailed the paperwork and sent a followup email to confirm that it was received. I got confirmation that the paperwork was received and that it would be completed soon. I never heard anything back. Now, a month after emailing that information, I have a claim processed by my insurance for my appointment. Thankfully my insurance covers this, but it is the principle of the matter that these people cannot take direction & listen and have no respect for ones time. Save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else. I will not be back.
