  • This is a big operation and we understand delays, however we are beginning to resent when doctors feel their time is more precious than their patients'. Yes, we spoke in person and were reassured that their goal is to make things work smoother in the future. Only time will tell if they are successful. In the meantime, the assumption that waiting is due to "dilating" times is dependent on the patient actually receiving the drops before waiting. This was not the case in the 4 times we have been there.
