| - This was a long three days. We arrived around 11pm. The line was out the door on Thursday night. We checked in and stayed in a Mardi Gras suite overlooking the pool. Well, the room was NOT equipped with a FRIDGE, MICROWAVE NOR COFFEE MAKER. The thermostat malfunctioned and made the room hot and muggy. We reported it to guest services. The telephone had a shortage so each time we attempted to use it, the dial tone would die. We reported it to guest services. Then, housekeeping came and made the beds on Friday. Well, one set of sheets were DIRTY! (Extremely unsanitary ) We again reported it immediately (around noon) After 4 calls and 6 hours later, housekeeping finally came to change the dirty sheets around 7pm. Well, the next morning we showered and noticed the water would not drain from the tub. Again, we immediately notified Guest services. Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor during our entire stay. There was also a red juice stain on the floor. Then upon check-out, guest services had charged for Internet when we were told it was complimentary. The agent stated since we had gotten a discount on the resort fee due to our troubles, that we would need to pay the internet fee even though we were told differently. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at Harrah ' s Las Vegas again. The staff was extremely unpleasant and disengaged. This was our first stay in Vegas and it was an early birthday present from my spouse. We don't want free services! We want to pay for good services! Oh, and I requested a wake-up call at 5:30 and a follow up at 5:45; ha ha...needless to say, they never called. It was the most awful service. Next time we will stay somewhere different. Shockingly it is Ceasar ' s entertainment family...
