  • My Samsung Galaxy 6 had a cracked and unresponsive screen. I went to 2 other places and the 1st wanted $250, the 2nd $185 but I had to leave the phone until next week so they could order a part. Found Wireless Outlet through Yelp and sent a quote request. Samir quickly responded that he could fix that day but only had white phone covers - which didn't bother me at all. I come back 3 hours later to a like new phone - matching front and back cover and he even threw in a screen protector all for less cost than the 2 other places! I ended up also buying a nice leather wallet case because they have a large selection of phone accessories. Samir/Wireless Outlet is the epitome of excellent customer service and the only place I'll go to for any phone needs.
