I went in with two dents on my rear car door. I had a tentative quote over the phone. While quotes are never accurate until visually inspected, the quote came in lower than the phone quote which was a surprise. Usually quotes go up, not down. That was the first pleasant surprise. Over the phone, I had confirmed that they would at least look at it and get me an estimate but wasn't expecting to be able to get a repair done. When I inquired about when I could get the repair done, the service person said I could get it done that day, and it would be ready in thirty minutes. It was ready in less than thirty minutes and looked awesome. The technician and I had looked at a minor flaw when doing the initial estimate but decided it would not need to be repaired. I saw that they had addressed my concerns and repaired that, as well, without charging me. Awesome service.
