| - **sigh**....Where to begin....Lets start by the things I agree with others about. WATER IS ALWAYS OFF. At least two or three times a month. No warnings, no heads up, no notice, you just wake up OR try to flush and you get nothing. I work from home so this is a pretty big inconvenience to have during the day. As of the writing of this post, my water has been off since early this morning and we have no idea as to why or when it'll be restored. Second, the complex is trashy. Well, except for that area in the front they keep immaculate to lure you in. I live in the back and its weeks at a time I'll notice the same trash/leaves/debris sitting in the complex. Its never cleaned. & when they do have landscapers out, they blow trash and dust all over your car. Cool right? Graffiti? Yes, lots of it on the walls and on the parking structures. Kids running around unsupervised, yep lots of them everyday. My neighbors car has been broken down parked for AT LEAST a year and a half. I pass through the complex and see a number of cara that clearly don't run. Speaking of neighbors, at any given time I have the smell of marijuana wafting through my windows and into my apartment at all times of the day and night. So much for opening those windows and enjoying the weather. Hmmm, lets see. Maintenance does patch jobs mostly, but are pretty quick at coming to fix things. Once they left a chart in my place and after snooping I seen a new resident had to put in 20+ requests for things in their "newly remodeled" unit to be repaired. Seriously, do you want this to be you? $50 for a gym key, $40-50 for a remote access gate key. One way in and two ways out for the gates which is a huge annoyance and inconvenience sometimes. Fortunately, I have not had any bug problems. I used to have some type of spider infestation but since they painted the unit I have not had that issue anymore either. The folks in management that I've had encounters with have always been very nice and cordial. Never had any problems with getting questions answered or anything. This has been the third or fourth management company since I moved here though, they seem to change quite often. I'm in the back overlooking the park and most of the noise I get late night comes from the basketball court til about 10:30 pm. Then things quiet down significantly. My lease is up in July and I will be high tailing it out of here. This place is not worth the money they're charging and can't even compete with some of the places in this area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!
