  • This was my 2nd visit to the Cleveland as I had to visit the Cleveland Clinic. The staff was extremely pleasant and provided the utmost customer service. Arrived late Sunday evening and was immediately greeted by the valet attendant. The entire Front desk staff was professional and provided the best customer service. The staff answered any questions my family and I had about nearby restaurants as well as provided us with information about the shuttle service to and from the Clinic. The rooms were majestic - 2 room suite and everything was top notch and that made the stay that much more comfortable. TV's in the bedroom and living room! #Awesome!! The Keurig machine was awesome and allowed for coffee anytime of the day. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job of cleaning the rooms. If you are attending the clinic and need a place to stay where you can unwind after a long day, this hotel offers it all! Definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.
