Worst customer service EVER! So we had stopped by after dinner quickly to get a dog bed for our pup. His had gotten ruined, this place was open, Costco wasn't. Get said Bed home and the pup smells it and decides to sleep on the floor. Won't get near it. The next morning we investigate. Well turns out the bed smelled of piss and cigarettes. I couldn't smell it at first cuz I had a cold. Yup they sold used stuff. I go to return it. And get in the CLEARLY marked return line. There was a line. No acknowledgement of hey I'll be right with you, nothing. After about 5 customers I ask if there is someone else coming to do returns. JOSH the boy up front tells me, "Well there's a line of people that got here before you". Well there pal, I get in the line indicated because I'm following directions. I asked him, "have I not followed directions?" He said well that doesn't change anything but we will be right with you. Another young lady opened up and helped me. She was sweet as heck. Because you know I DESERVED to be treated like crap over returning an item I purchased in good faith to be new! My next call is corporate.
