  • Well, it seem that people either love them or hate them, so I'm giving four stars because I love AND hate them. I've used this service several times for over a year and have had both good and bad experiences...the girls do a nice job of cleaning and are nice and very respectful, but the scheduling department is terrible. Not only do they give huge windows of time but twice they didn't even put me on the schedule. This last time, I was preparing for a large gathering at my home so I called a week before. I received an email confirming my appointment time and took the time off of work. When they didn't show up after a couple of hours, I called PIP and spoke with a very nice girl who did everything she could to make it right. I so appreciated her efforts (I think her name was Andrea). Because I had back surgery in November, I'm quite limited to what I can do and when I explained the situation to her (expecting company, being unable to clean the house myself, booking that didn't get put on the schedule, etc.) she said she would put me on the schedule AT MY CONVENIENCE and no charge! I was astounded and very happy. The girls came the next day and did a fine job. When they had completed two hours they said they were leaving and I told them I had requested three hours - without arguing or even batting an eye, they got back to work and finished in less than an hour. This was GREAT customer service and I will definitely use this company again.
