Healthy or not quite so healthy? You get to choose. Chicken strips--baked, grilled, or fried. Sides--grilled veggies on a skewer, french fries, or mac-n-cheese. They're all tasty, but I usually order the grilled chicken and grilled veggies.....and steal a few french fries off my husband's plate! You pick how many strips you want plus a side. The 4-strip meal comes with a small piece of garlic bread. And there are several dips to choose from including a "house" strip dip which is my favorite because I'm partial to Thousand Island dressing. It's great for lunch or a light dinner. The food is cooked to order, but if you're in a hurry, you can call and order ahead. The staff is always very friendly and will change out your dip(s) if you aren't happy with your first choice. I always leave here feeling satisfied, but not stuffed. And like I've eaten healthy!
