I rented a beautiful home in a gated community in late December. At first progress handled things pretty sufficiently, but lately every time I call I never receive a call back from any of the departments. It is almost February and the rental home still hasn't been fixed completely, I haven't been able to get a gate opener from the HOA because progress hasn't sent over the leasing agreement yet, and no one has called me back. I have also been paying my rent. I don't know what is going on but I honestly cannot recommend this type of service to anyone. I really do hope that progress can be a little more organized and take care of new customers.
