  • I would have given 5 stars because the product is good and the customer service on the front end is super good ask for Andrew L if you come here. However their back office finance dept is SLOW And lack service delivery in other words their position is take it or leave it. When I refused to give address's along with phone numbers of people I had Provided as references, that was a deal killer. I was informed that because I was such a high risk they had to have them. We relented. Now 2.5 hours later we still set and wait while they take their time produce more documents and then want to explain Them. On top of it their not even apologetic for any of it. As I said I like the product but be prepared to spend the entire afternoon here. :(
