Lowes was a mess when I went to pick up my online order after receiving an email last night that my Akorn Grill and cover was ready to be picked up. 40 minutes of checking the backroom etc they tell me that I get the floor model. It was beat to hell but they gave me 10% off since a salaried manager was not available to do more. It is scratched to hell, now after checking the owners manual it is missing the main grate insert, the lower grate that the coals sit on, the lid is warped. I am truly having buyers remorse..... never ordering online for something like this again.I sent an email to corporate who stated someone from the store will be contacting me. We shall see as I do not have high expectations at this point. The worst part is there is Home Depot literally a stones throw away. Service is the key when making your choice.
