I use to weigh 250 lbs until I started training with Todd at Crowne fitness. If you really wanna tone up or lose some pounds he is the guy to help you with that. It took a lot of effort and dedication on my part and he is on point with the fitness routines. Besides the boxing skills I learn training with Todd he combines a variety of routines mixing cardio, stretching, weights, and much more. The workouts never get boring and look forward to a new and different workout experience. If you go there ask him about the Rough, Rugged, and Raw ab routines. FYI... I weigh 180 lbs now.
