  • It has never failed. After first opening they were extremely friendly. I hope that never wears off. They had boots in my size!! I tried at Yorkdale and they didn't have them there. They offer bottled water or apple juice. So friendly!! I went with my mom and they're so patient with her undecided ways. LoL!! I came back again a few months later just to check out what was new. I decided to try on Tory's apparel. The SA (same one from last time) helped me out immensely. I asked for shoes, she brought out 2 pairs in each colour and sizes I wanted. I grabbed jeans and sweaters. When I was ready everything was laid out so nicely for me. As I tried my stuff on she brought out more items I may be interested in. Many of the items were in sale and she made it clear to me which ones were. It's nice because she didn't act all pretentious and was totally cool if I asked if stuff was on sale or not. $2000 later I got 3 pairs of jeans, 3 sweaters and the shoes. They're classic items and high quality so I'm expecting to keep them for years to come. I am so pleasantly surprised how well Toru denim and pants fit!!! I am usually a True Religion, Sevens and R&R type of gal but Torys fit way better and are so comfortable and flattering!!! The service is impeccable every time. I know these boutique type store are not for everyone. Chinook Centre has a very diverse selection of stores from low to high end. Tory Burch falls into the middle to high end. In between Coach and Burberry, but not as exclusive as Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Many items are made in China bit extremely well made. Their shoes are of extremely beautiful quality!! BCBG has made in China stuff snd most definitely do not have the quality that matches the outrageous prices. Anyway. I am a Tory Burch fan for sure. It'll probably be over played eventually. But there's a reason for lineups at some stores in the states for now. Comfy shoes!! Oh yeah. Also I love their change rooms!! The curtain is thick and doesn't budge so you feel like you're in your own private room. The outside sound is muffled and there's no way anyone can peep on you through the little cracks you usually get from other stores with curtains as their change rooms.
