  • I've been coming to Copperstar Coffee on and off for about four years, and regularly for about two years. I keep coming back because, every time, I always receive excellent service. There was a period in 2011 to early 2012 where the service wasn't consistent and I stopped going for a while. However, I'm very glad I gave it another chance as the service has been PERFECT ever since (about mid 2012). Not being able to incorporate very much dairy in my diet, Copperstar is very accommodating, particularly with its almond milk option for drinks, as well as being flexible on substitutions on its meals. They also make a crazy good BLT that comes with pasta salad, chocolate chip cookies that make your heart melt, and a hummus plate that rivals anything Pita Jungle has. Great atmosphere, music is not your cliché hipster Starbucks style. They play a great variety, my personal favorite is when they play nineties music. Do yourself a favor and go! You won't regret it!
