My first time at a tire store and I won't go anywhere else. JR answered the phone with great enthusiasm and made me want to come into the store. The phone is the most important part I've learned in my customer service days. When I got into the store they didn't try to up sell me they kept it real. I didn't think I needed all new tires like chevy had explained I did, and he confirmed it for me. He even showed me these diagrams as I would call them about the tires and when you'll know they need to be changed. My tire unfortunately wasn't there so I had to wait until the following day to get it put on.
Jesse called me the next day and informed me that the tire was running behind and he would call me when it was ready.
Unfortunately, that was the one and only thing I had a problem with but nothing that wouldn't make me come back. It was about 5pm and I still hadn't received the call that my tire was ready so I called and JR let me know it was and they were sorry for not calling me sooner. I went in and it was really close to closing time and they let me know they would get it done regarless.
Great customer service from everyone but especially JR. This seems like a very good staff. Keep it up.
