  • I received an email from Jeremy within just a day or so of this post. I honestly felt like the apology was sincere and genuine. He completely owned up to everything, didn't try to make excuses, and just expressed his disappointment in himself for what had happened. I wanted to make a note that I have absolutely forgiven him. While I may not choose him in the future, it says a lot about someone who has the integrity to own up to their mistakes and try to make things right. The only reason I'm not removing the previous review completely and giving him 5 stars is because it took a Yelp review for him to reach out to me to make things right.
