  • All I can say is WOW! I have never experienced this type of service from a retail establishment. My wife bought me a gift card back on Valentine's day for a new pair of hiking shoes. I see the owner from time to time at networking events through BNI and she personally came up to me asking when I was coming in for my new shoes. Knowing my busy work schedule, LInda the owner of Fleet Feet took it upon herself to bring 9 pairs of shoes to my office to choose from. This is the type of customer service you'd see in a small town back in the 1950's. I was so impressed! I look forward to going to her store to search for more new sneakers.
