They were offered my claim to fix my LG washer via Choice Home Warranty. I called them immediately after being notified they accepted the job from Choice to set the service call appointment, only to be told they'd call me in an hour to set the appointment. Almost 4 hours later I called them again and was told they weren't ready to set the appointment yet. That was Saturday. No calls the rest of the day. Or Monday. Or Tuesday. I finally gave up and went to a different route and had it repaired within a few hours.
Can't say anything about the quality of their actual work because I never experienced it, but their attention to customers and ability to be organized enough to make an appointment is pathetic.
