  • I recently went to Cleveland for a day trip (August 26th) and needed a rental car to get around. The kiosk to skip the line was not allowing me to use my drivers license because of how damage the edges were. Ms. Octavia was soooo engaging and warm. She had an amazing personality, and her customer interaction skills were stellar! She saw me struggling and offered to help with eagerness and a smile. I was thoroughly impressed and even more excited about my adventure, after talking to Ms. Octavia during the completion of my rental process. She really helped to set the tone for the incredible time that had in Cleveland. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Thank you for being so phenomenal!
